Who We Are and Why We Built This Site

We are a small group of Filipinos, not lawyers, not government employees, and not PSA partners. We built this site after going through the PSA application process ourselves and realizing how confusing the official information can be, particularly for OFWs applying from abroad or people who have never requested a civil registry document before.

Everything we publish is written in plain language, based on publicly available PSA sources, and aimed at one goal: helping ordinary Filipinos understand the procedure without needing to call a fixer or pay someone to explain it to them.

Our Independence from the PSA and the Philippine Government

This website has no connection, formal or informal, to the Philippine Statistics Authority, any Philippine government body, PSAHelpline, PSA Serbilis, eCert, or any entity authorized to process PSA documents. We are an entirely independent, privately operated information publisher.

When we use the words "PSA," "Philippine Statistics Authority," or related terms, we are using them the same way a journalist would to describe what the article is about. Those names belong to the Philippine government and its authorized partners. We make no claim to them.

What Our Content Actually Is

PSA fees, outlet locations, delivery partners, processing times, and application requirements are updated by the PSA periodically, sometimes without advance public notice. What We Do Not Do

Some visitors land on this site expecting to order a birth certificate, track a delivery, or get help resolving an application issue directly with us. We want to be upfront: we cannot do any of those things, and we do not try to.

We Do Not Process PSA Applications

We do not accept requests to file, submit, follow up on, or expedite PSA applications. We do not accept any payment for document processing. We are not agents, representatives, or resellers of any PSA service.

If you encounter a website or individual offering to process your PSA birth certificate for significantly higher fees than the official rates, ₱365 for door-to-door delivery or ₱155 for walk-in treatment, treat that with serious caution. Always place orders only through psahelpline.ph or serbilis.psa.gov.ph.

We Do Not Collect or Store Your Personal Documents

You should not send us photocopies of your birth certificate, passport, government ID, or any sensitive personal document by email or any other channel. We have no system to handle personal documents securely, and doing so would expose your information to unnecessary risk.
