The first is what you share with us directly. If you fill out a contact form or sign up for updates, you hand us your name and email address. That is all we ask for.

The second happens automatically in the background. Like most websites, ours logs certain technical details when someone visits your IP address, browser type, device type, which pages you opened, where you came from, and roughly how long you stayed. Analytics and advertising tools handle this collection, not us manually.

To be absolutely clear: we never touch PSA documents, National ID numbers, birth records, or anything like that. We are a guide site. We point people in the right direction; we do not process applications or handle government paperwork for anyone.
