Your current status will appear immediately. You will also receive automatic SMS and email notifications each time your order moves to a new stage.
The PSA tracking number is the unique 10-digit reference number assigned to your order immediately after payment is confirmed. It is sent to your registered email address and mobile number. This number is used to monitor every stage of your request from processing through to delivery.
The most common reasons are incorrect information submitted during the application, a record that requires manual verification, or a courier delivery issue. Check your tracking status first. Metro Manila deliveries typically arrive the next business day after PSA releases the document. Provincial deliveries in Luzon take 3 to 5 working days. Visayas deliveries take 5 to 7 working days. Mindanao deliveries take 5 to 8 working days, with remote areas potentially taking longer.
Walk-in requests at PSA CRS outlets do not have an online tracking system. If your certificate was not released on the same day, the outlet staff will provide you with a specific claim date. Return on that date with your receipt and valid ID. There are no status updates between your visit and your claim date.
